Give your little soccer star the perfect introduction to the game. Sting Grassroots is built for our youngest players — ages 4 to 7 — with sessions that are all about fun, movement, and falling in love with the ball. Just an hour of games, giggles, and new skills in a positive, encouraging environment.
Every session follows Canada Soccer's Grassroots Standards for the Active Start and FUNdamentals stages: lots of touches on the ball, small-sided informal games, and coaching designed for short attention spans and big imaginations.

- Fun first — every activity is a game, from tag with a ball to mini 3v3 scrimmages
- Maximum touches — every player gets their own ball for skill play
