In partnership with Edmonton Sting FC, Insight is proud to bring our Effectus Sports Performance Program to the club’s U10 to U17 athletes, their parents, and coaches for the 2025 outdoor season. This program provides athletes with practical mental performance tools to help strengthen focus, confidence, emotion regulation, and resilience, skills that support both athletic performance and overall well-being.

Our sessions are designed to help young players manage pressure, overcome self-doubt, and access flow states. By building mental strength and emotional awareness, we aim to enhance performance on the field while supporting long-term development off the field. The program also includes dedicated sessions for coaches and parents, equipping them with strategies to foster a supportive and psychologically safe team culture.
