Grassroots Soccer

Basic ball control, dribbling, passing, teamwork, and game awareness—all taught through fun games and activities.

The focus is on fun, skill-building and small-sided games during sessions. No league standings, official games or tournaments — just fun and friendly play.

All sessions are planned by Canada Soccer–licensed coaches and overseen by Grassroots Coordinator Amanda Torres with a staff of experience young soccer coaches. Our technical leaders, who hold National ‘A’ and ‘B’ Licenses bring decades of youth coaching experience to ensure the program curriculum is age appropriate, designed to develop the right foundational skills but also fun for kids of a young age. 

Yes! We encourage family support and love having parents cheer from the sidelines.

Yes, some weekends we do skip some weeks due to holidays, scheduling  conflicts or facility booking.  Here are the specific dates booked for the program.

Indoor soccer shoes (or runners), shin guards, and a water bottle. Jerseys are provided.

Boys and girls born 2019–2022. No previous soccer experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and have fun.

Twice a week at Sports TC:
- Wednesdays: 4:30–5:30 PM
- Saturdays: 10:00–11:00 AM

From October 15 to February 11, for a total of 31 sessions.

$450 for the season (about $14.50 per session).
