Edmonton Sting FC (ESFC) Summer Camps are the perfect opportunity for young players to improve their skills and have fun during the summer. Our 4-Day-long program, led by expert ESFC coaches, offers a comprehensive curriculum designed to enhance player development following the Canada Soccer Long-Term Player Development (LTPD) Community Guidelines.
Each day of our camps focuses on a Daily Technical Topic to improve players' technical abilities (dribbling, passing, shooting, heading, etc.), and to learn attacking and defending principles as team and group tactical abilities. The camp also focuses on a Daily Fitness & Conditioning component to promote a healthy lifestyle, and Daily Small Sided Games to promote the fun and enjoyment of teamwork activities.
